New Opening Hours
Our opening hours and repair appointment times are changing.
The six-month trial of extending our opening hours to our office in East Street and the repairs call centre has ended. Based on the number of visitors to the office and calls received we have been able to identify when you need our offices to be open or when you report repairs.
From Monday 5 July 2010 we be open as follows:
Monday 9am to 5pm
Tuesday 9am to 5pm
Wednesday 9am to 3pm
Thursday 9am to 6pm
Friday 9am to 5pm
Repairs appointments
These will remain unchanged - Monday to Friday, with the first appointment from 8am and last appointment at 4pm.
You can choose an appointment preference of morning or afternoon . You can also specify a first or last appointment, subject to availability. We will try to be as flexible as possible. You might like us to avoid the school run for example.
