We want to reward our best customers and our Hermitage Advantage customer reward and loyalty scheme does just that. Launched in October 2005 over 1,000 of you are now members - but we still want more!
Becoming a Hermitage Advantage member allows you access to a number of benefits including a faster repairs service, a discount card offering significant savings in high street shops and a quarterly magazine with a range of generous competition prizes.
To become a member all you need to do is fill out our online application form and make sure you meet certain conditions such as paying your rent on time and behaving responsibly in your neighbourhood.
Members of Hermitage Advantage have committed to the Residents Charter ensuring that they:
- respect neighbours and their homes
- keep homes and gardens in a reasonable condition
- respect communal areas and facilities
- ensure visitors respect the community
- respect and support minority groups
- promote a crime free and safe community
- take responsibility for pets
