Resident training

Hermitage Housing provides many training opportunities for Hermitage residents who are involved in our work.

We believe that it is crucial to provide our involved residents with the skills, knowledge and confidence for positive and effective involvement.

All training sessions are provided free of charge by Hermitage Housing. 

Recognising the increasing importance of providing training for residents a resident training group was established in 2007.

The resident members of this group are nominated by our residents' forum - the Hermitage Residents' Consultative Committee (HRCC).

Our resident training group meets quarterly and has a significant input into various aspects of our resident training programme. For example deciding on training topics and the selection of delegates.
