What we do

At Hermitage Housing we always place our residents at the heart of everything we do.

We offer our residents many opportunities to help shape service delivery to their homes. We listen, respond and take action to really make a difference.

At Hermitage Housing we work towards this under two specific concepts:

Resident Involvement - this is about giving choices and encouraging residents to have a say in how their homes are managed.

Community Investment - this is about working with and empowering communities to help residents improve their quality of life.

Resident Involvement and Community Investment are part of the role of every staff member at Hermitage Housing - we all have a responsibility to integrate our customers into our business.
