We have a large housing development programme in place which aims to provide at least another 400 new homes across the region by 2009, including the 64 homes we built last year. Our development areas include Havant, Portsmouth, Southampton and Gosport.

Our property management service team is here to help you. The team is responsible for looking after the general maintenance of your property including the cleaning of communal areas in blocks of flats, ground maintenance and electrical work and external repairs.

Our community investment team works closely with residents to help improve community life.We invlove residents in all areas of our work ranging from formal involvement on committees and working groups to the more informal such as safety projects and working with schools.
